GUEST: Absolutely, I've spent over two decades working with diverse student populations, and I've seen firsthand the challenges teachers face when trying to create inclusive learning environments. This course is a direct response to those challenges. HOST: That's inspiring. Could you share some current industry trends that this course addresses? GUEST: Certainly. There's a growing recognition of the importance of culturally responsive teaching and critical pedagogy. Our course equips educators with the skills to deconstruct bias in curriculum and assessment, and develop teaching practices that are relevant to diverse learners. HOST: That sounds crucial for today's classrooms. What are some of the challenges faced in the field or while learning/teaching this subject?
